Hi Ram,

As per the following output, which you pasted, the kernel is
recognising your dialer, and creating the nodes for it and mounting it
at the right location.  Hence, the kernel *has detected* your dialer.

Kindly check the mail I had sent in response to your earlier mail.
This is a problem with wvdial and not the kernel, if you are unable to
connect to the internet.  I too had similar problems with a different
dialer.  I used ppoeconfig to set it up, and successfully connect to
the net.  The directions are posted at my blog, on this post.
