[ubuntu-in] Has anyone got this device working on Ubuntu 9.04 (or any linux running a new kernal)

Hi

Has anyone got this device - Huawei ETS 2288 (CDMA , BSNL Fixed Wireless
Data Phone) working on Ubuntu 9.04 or any other Linux running more than
kernal version 2.6.28

Second are there any other similar CDMA - USB wireless devices that are not
working on Ubuntu 9.04 ??


Am asking the first in case someone has a solution and the second so that am
aware of what else Ubuntu developers have dumped for "they" only know what
reason.
