[ubuntu-in] Need to use Ekiga but firewall prevents it

Firestarter is not a firewall. It is just a GUI to manage firewall.
By default the firewall in linux (when activated) does not block
outgoing traffic. It just blocks incoming traffic.

A more detailed description of what the problem is exactly will help
us analyze the situation.
