[ubuntu-in] how to recover sh:grub> to Gnome

Dear Sir,
i am using Karmic koala Ubuntu 9.10, it was working fine, but once power was
gone,  and again switched on PC it's  came to Grub Prompt, can you help me.

*GNU GRUB Version 1.9.7~beta4
[..............................................................]

sh:grub>*

after this nothing is happening, how can i recover my PC at working stage
