[ubuntu-in] Spam into the mailing list

Hi Everyone

Can everyone please please please make sure that Ubuntu In Mailing list
does not get all your linked in, gmail, and whatever notification.

It is very frustrating to see that something that has been repeated so
many times gets disregarded in like twice a week.  Its been thrice this
week, one gmail, two Boxbe invitations and counting.  Please do
something about this.
