[ubuntu-in] Can not find cgi-bin folder in apache

Check ScriptAlias directive in the Apache configuration file. 
ScriptAlias determines the directory in which the user should place the 
CGI scripts/files. If the directory cgi-bin does not exist as per the 
directive mentioned in the Apache configuration file one can create it 
and proceed.
