[ubuntu-in] Upgrading to Ubuntu-9.04

Hi all!
If I have a Ubuntu-9.04(64-bit) CD/DVD,how can I upgrade from
Ubuntu-8.10(64-bit) to the current version 9.04(Jaunty Jakapole) without
disturbing or deleting my previous version of Ubuntu?
