Amit,

Let me explain the proxy option.

1. Install squid proxy server on any of the 5 machines. Squid is
available in repositories.
2. Configure squid to allow access to only certain websites and ports
ex. block orkut website or bittorrent ports.
3. Configure the machines on the LAN to use the proxy.
4. Do not configure your machine to use proxy.
