[ubuntu-in] Some help with wvdial

Hi

recently has to redo my ubuntu system because of some trouble , while
redoing my system had to set up wvdial again.

My connection to the net is through a cdma phone and i need to use
wvdial to connect

normally
i just go to the terminal and type

sudo wvdial k tab tab (to autocomplete the wvdial dialer)

but now the tab tab does not autocomplete and i have to type the whole
thing byhand

any idea what could be wrong

my wvdial.conf (/etc/wvdial.conf) is pasted below
