[ubuntu-in] phonetic keyboard layout for Hindi used in Ubuntu-8.04

Thanks for the input.
Solved the problem. I can view bin in Notepad/wordpad of Mswindows.
However I could not view in original script of Hindi or tamil

Now I realized that where "gedit" text editor failed to open, can be viewed
in Notepad or word pad of Mswindows easily.
