[ubuntu-in] System administrator to enable user sharing- how?

Thanks for the response. Re-installed Ubuntu-8.04 two times (By formatting
and re-installing), but still no improvement - same error message of
nautilus displayed again
Since proper solution is not forthcoming, I decided to remove latest
Ubuntu-8.04
and install old version Ubuntu-7.10 LTS. Tested by copying tessdada from
MSwindows and pasted into /usr/local/share/tessdata successfully - no error
nautilus message displayed. Now problem is solved for the present.
It appears that there is some unknown problems with latest version Ubuntu
8.04
