I wasn't sure whether he was a newbie or a seasoned spammer. I thought
of giving him 24 hours to give an explanation and apology before I ban
invoke the ban. As he hasn't yet given an explanation, I will put him
under ban. I once again remind the list members that such careless
spamming of the mailing lists can lead to getting banned.
