[ubuntu-in] Searching for Ubuntu Hardy CD /DVD

Hi

was wondering where i could get Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy CD's , and / or the 
entire DVD repository.

Could not find any link to the usual request CD on the
http://www.ubuntu-in.org:81/wiki/Main_Page

PS am not in any city and would need to figure a way of getting the cd/ dvd
maybe this is a nice idea  but they don't have the entire repos.
