[ubuntu-in] OT -Tracing a download link + 1 ? more

Hi

I downloaded a file(s) from a govt. website about 20 days back, using 
Firefox.

Now i am unable to find the same web page , am not sure if its because 
the Govt.pulled down the web page or because i cannot find the link.

But is there anyway i can trace the exact download location, from some 
of my computer records ??? or from the file itself.

I used Firefox , right click and save page as option to download the 
said pages,
