[ubuntu-in] Setting up local apt-get repository ? Error

ok so i did the following
copied the first dvd of the set to a usb disk
location /media/disk/ubuntu7_10/dvd710_1/ubuntu/dists/
added the following line to sources.list
deb file:///media/disk/ubuntu7_10/dvd710_1/ubuntu main multiverse universe
then did the atp-get update and the following are the results
top:~$ sudo apt-get update

now what do i need to do to rectify this error
