Wow - that has got to be one of the worst designed websites I have ever seen
(viewed in firefox on ubuntu) - if this is the level of professionalism in
interface design, I see really scary things ahead... :-(
With re: to multilingual websites, its generally not a problem, yep, just
read up on unicode a little - if you're hosting the server yourself, there's
a few things you need to ensure, compile php to recognize unicode, etc. - if
you're buying hosting space, gohindi.com seems like a good provider to
support indian language sites..
Sorry this post has gone OT, especially this being the ubuntu list, but I
had to comment after seeing that website - wow, the govt. needs some serious
help...
