[ubuntu-in] Ubuntu Repository

Hello,
I am trying to get a copy of the complete Ubuntu Repository. Can
anybody point me to the right location where from I can get that. I
had tried downloading from
ftp://tuma.ui.edu/pub/ubuntu-repository/gutsy/
but the download has failed several times from this link.
