For the specific issue of including all Telugu (or, any other
Indian language) packages on a Ubuntu/Fedora CD/DVD, Shantanu
at Sarai has been working on this, and can help you. He is copied
on this message, though I don't think that he is subscribed to
the ubuntu-in list. Please email him directly for details. We
hope soon to be able to offer Indian-language CDs to anyone
who asks.
