Hey chill !!! :)  The idea of the ListAdmin warning is to remind
people to watch what they speak/write. Just a friendly reminder. And
uhh incidentally, heated discussions are just that, discussions.
Flamewars is something that happens when people start using some of
the tricks of the trade that you mention between parenthesis
