[ubuntu-in] WORKING: Upgrading online from Dapper 6.06 to edgy 6.10

Just Curious to know why you need to upgrade to 6.10 and then 7.04.
I know the exact condition and restrictions, but wouldnt it be nice to
download the image
burn it and install fresh.
