Yes - apt is definitely one of the coolest tools but one of the
constraints is i will be upgrading from cd's / dvd's not online (not
enough bandwidth)

so the how would the dist upgrade react - ?? or should i upgrade first
to 6.04 then to 6.10 - as opposed to a leap frog jump !!
