[ubuntu-in] Need Help

Hello,
I am a new user of Ubuntu.
The problem is that I cannot play any audio or video
files in my computer. I have installed the gstreamers,
as instructed in the Ubuntu website. But still the
audia and video files are not playing.
Please Help.
