[ubuntu-in] Is IISDLL is virus how to remove it

Hi

I am using Edubuntu 6.10 with WinXp.
I all that fat partitions in winxp. there is one file called
ISSDLL.dll.vbswith one
autorun.inf file.
Whenever i double clicks from my computer on that particular partition, it
does not get opened.
Even i tried to delete those two file, it's not get deleted.
It is automatically gets copied when i uses any pen drive. I scanned for
virus using AVG.
AVG is not identifying it as a virus. Is it really virus how can i delete it
