content not displayed?

Hi,
Thanks for the mail....
but.... the content of this mail (sub: Ubuntu-in-ap Digest, Vol 3, Issue 1)
is not not displayed. All most all the information is with questions marks
 (Ex: Today's Topics:   1. ?????? 11.04 ???? ???????? ?????? ????????
(???????))
Is there any problem with my system/ browser/...?
What I need to do to rectify it?
