<div dir="ltr">I think you should first decide what kind of podcast you're aiming to be. Do you want to be news focused (Linux Action Show), commentary (LugRadio), or tutorial based (Sourcetrunk)? Personally, I would prefer a LugRadio-like show. I don't think a podcast is a good medium for tutorials at all and news is easier read online. Discourse, though, is really well suited which is why LugRadio was so good.
