Verified state of the Irish LoCo

Hi All,

It's been a long time...  The verified state of the Irish LoCo is due to 
expire on 30th of July 2015.  As there has been no real activity since 
the last verification date I'm not willing to support a further 
re-verification.  If anyone else would like to get ubuntu related 
activities going within the Irish LoCo I'd encourage them to get 
involved and start a discussion here.
