Please could you give a definitive **address and time** as to the details of the
13.10 release party in Dublin and possibly also update 'Planet Feed'
accordingly.

I have numerous people asking about details of it.
including Ubuntu Weekly News who wants to-go.

An announcement on this mailing list would give me somewhere to point to.

This is somewhat important.
