Ubuntu forms /ubuntu.ie crossover

Riyadh Barry,

I'm not sure when this happened?  I don't think you can subscribe a 
mailing list to the forums.  I think you might be mixing up forums with 
Launchpad answers.  This is where you can subscribe a team or a person 
for answers and that is why we had the influx of mail last month.
