Honestly do not worry about it, these things happen. IN many ways
Launchpad is too easy to use and able to do things like this can't be
done. Saying that if a user wants to be a contact for answers that's
also a good way to learn about Ubuntu, but the mail traffic can be high
so just be warned. You don't have to answer every question but you may
find it helpful.
It's sorted now so no harm done :-)
