I'd have said the first of the two pronunciations - as in shun-ach.

Also thought of sublime sionnach if supreme didn't get traction.

sublime: Of such excellence, grandeur, or beauty as to inspire great
admiration or awe.
supreme: Superior to all others

Maybe i'm over analysing it :)  More to mull over.
