Thanks for pointing that out Renato, I am getting the sense that the later
date would be better for everyone.

I should have done this from the start but here is a link to an online form
[http://goo.gl/9A1tO], so just pick the date that suits and we can make an
announcement hopefully after the next IRC meeting at the end of March.
