Loco Team Portal has Blogging Support

Hi Everyone,

The LoCo Directory has blogging support for approved LoCo Teams and 
their members. Jono Bacons post 
(http://www.jonobacon.org/2011/09/01/loco-team-portal-gets-blogging-support/) 
provides a more in-dept introduction to this.

As we are an approved LoCo if any member with a blog ever posts about 
LoCo specific activities they should consider adding this content to the 
list of blogs on loco.ubuntu.com.  It is important that the content of 
the feed supplied relates solely to LoCo activities.

Feeds can be proposed by adding to the list at:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoPortalFeeds

Feeds will be reviewed and accepted by the LoCo Council prior to inclusion.
