Ubuntu-ie Site Theme Update

Every thing is good except the purple on the bottom of the page it's against
the design guidelines. Purple is the business colour. Great work though :-)

Additionally, the website doesn't seem to be using Drupal 7. The theme I've
developed is for the most recent version of Drupal and it might
be counter-productive to downgrade it since the software should be updated
sooner rather than later for security purposes. If the main website admin
doesn't have time I could handle this.
