Hi Everyone,

A lengthy discussion took place at yesterdays monthly Team IRC meeting
regarding Ubuntu Hour Dublin. While it was acknowledged during the
meeting that there was a reduction in attendance at UH Dublin towards
the end of 2010 it was also agreed that a change in format should be
implemented in order to make this event more attractive to attend during
2011 and beyond. As a consequence it was agreed that an etherpad page
should be generated which in turn should be populated with ideas for
talks/workshops on topics which would be of interest to the community.
It is proposed that these talks/workshops will become an integral part
of the monthly/bimonthly (ie. every two months) Ubuntu Hour Dublin. This
etherpad can be found at:

http://pad.ubuntu-ie.org/UbuntuHourDublin

We encourage everyone, particularly those in the Dublin area, to review
this etherpad and add items that would be of interest to them and the
Ubuntu-ie community. Broad sections on the pad include:

1)	WISH LIST FOR TALK TOPICS

2)	I AM WILLING TO TALK ON THE FOLLOWING

3)	WISH LIST FOR WORKSHOP/DEMONSTRATION REQUESTS

4)	I AM WILLING TO LEAD A WORKSHOP/DEMONSTRATION ON

and

5)	ANY OTHER IDEAS FOR IMPROVING UBUNTU HOUR DUBLIN

This etherpad belongs to the Ubuntu Ireland Community, particularly
those in a position to attend UH Dublin. Please feel free to add
ideas/topics of interest in line with what you can offer and/or what you
would like to learn about.

Kind Regards

Mike O'Donohue
