LoCo Directory

Me again! Just letting folks know about the LoCo directory.  This has
been created and is now in full operation.  It lists all of the
recognised LoCos and non recognised ones.  The Irish one has been
created http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ubuntu-ie


The idea behind this site is it makes all of the information be
accessible from one place. It will in future list all of the events as
we're working on an event side of things. For now we can create our own
events and it will get more detailed soon enough.


So in future when we create an event on the wiki, we can just create it
here.
