Ubuntu-IE Netcasts

At the risk of veering quite far from the original intent of the
podcasts, there's also a possibility of getting some from the Sound &
Vision funding for, say, a Newstalk documentary. I'm not sure if such a
documentary has been done already. It might then be possible to create a
30-60 minute programme, which can double as a series of podcasts.
