Gary I think it is a fine idea and I'm pretty sure there are local
angles.  Probably most important is how ambitious you are about
reaching a large target audience.  I suspect that as long as you are
having fun, the content might reflect that and you might well attract
a wider audience.  On the other hand it might not matter all that
much.  Depends how we measure success.  I like the idea of recording a
bundle of episodes and releasing as a dribble.  That sounds realistic.

To do this I guess you would need to have a sort of regular (monthly,
2-monthly) podcast meetup or piggy back on existing f2f meetings?  Or
would you require f2f at all?
