I think we can do both. Miro (neé Democracy Player) is a desktop TV-like 
application. It's a cross platform open source desktop application that 
   users use to watch video casts. Think a podcast client for videos. 
However you can also search for new video feeds. We can probably submit 
our blip.tv RSS feed to Miro or something.
