Mean Machine

Thanks, its great to have everyone supporting this!

I think if we can get everyone together this weekend it would be great
theres proably a lot of stuff we haven't thought of that we need to start
organising.

The consensus has been to go for a video cast. Although the video blog is
more work we are in the age of you tube.

We probably need to get the "core" team to meet up and thrash out all this
stuff as you have suggested.We might be able to get some of the creative
media types involved.

To be honest its a bit fluid at the moment. We want to get three episodes in
the bag prior to release so that we can do another three as the first three
are released. It should and needs to be fun so I'm hoping that a couple of
successful episodes will spark more interest.
I'm looking for six epidosodes for pilot as that enough to gauge how well it
goes and if people want to stay invloved.

The first meeting will probably decide the format of the show and what we
want to cover. The FSD is something that everyone wants to cover. Laura has
scored a coup by getting the Gerry Carr Marketing director from Ubuntu to
agree to present at FSD.  We hope to interview him.
