IRC channel (and bot)

Hey,

Is it worth us having an IRC channel on freenode - #ubuntu-helpteam is
available - so we can discuss support requests and the support ticket
system in realtime?

In addition if we do, it would be nice to have an Ubotu-style bot which
announces new support requests. In a similar way to Ubotu announces new
bugs in #ubuntu-bugs.
