Hello Tyler

Thank You very much for an answer. Honestly, I was afraid that something is
wrong etc. And yes, I know about sudo(8) to raise privileges (Who does
not?). It is also good to know about CONFIG_DEVKMEM and that it's just a
quirk of the kernel config file :- )
