[ubuntu-hardened] Blocking module loading and System booting.

Hello

Seth, of course your answer helps. I've also thought about
using _rc.local_ file, to block modules loading, but Kees answer
is also very interesting.

So let's summarize:
* create _/etc/init/modules-disable.conf_ file [1],
* put description, start, task and script - create "an upstart
...job" mentioned by Kees,
* in _/etc/modules_ file put 'lsmod' command result.

I hope that I understand it well, if not please correct me. One
more thing: I would like to thank You both for answers and
opinions.

[1] In Xubuntu 12.04 LTS there is a _module-init-tools.conf_ file which
loads the kernel modules specified in the _/etc/modules_
file.
