[ubuntu-hardened] Guest account - security implications?

So, guest acount is pretty the same as a normal user?
The same iptables rules, updated packages etc., right?
Answering to your question; a couple of people have a physical
access to this computer. So I'm a little scared about the guest account.
But if everything is the same as for a normal user then everything
should be okay, I hope.
