[ubuntu-hardened] Ubuntu security levels

Hello,

I started porting Mandriva's msec to Ubuntu. (well, I started studying how 
to port...)

msec is a tool that hardens security using the concept of different levels. 
It's very easy to use for users ("msec 3") and will complement current 
ubuntu-hardened ideas.
