Si queres configurar tu ip de esa forma no te va a funcionar. Ya que no se encuentra en el mismo rango de bits. seria en este caso si tu ip publica solo es para conectarte y no la tenes con otro servicio quedaria de la siguiente manera. 190.149.224.157 255.255.255.252 asumiendo que solo tenes dos ips la publica y el broadcast. 190.149.224.156 y colocas los dns de tu proveedor de internet.
