[ubuntu-gt soporte] Ubuntu 10.04

Ayer actualice mi ubuntu 10.04 y hoy queira abrir mis maquinas virtuales con
Virtual Box y me tira el siguiente error.

 One of the kernel modules was not successfully loaded. Make sure that no
kernel modules from an older version of VirtualBox exist.

Then try to recompile and reload the kernel modules by executing
'/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup' as root (VERR_SUPDRV_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND

ejecuto esa linea y me da.

* Stopping VirtualBox kernel
module
 * Cannot unload module vboxdrv

Me podrian ayudar a saber como arranco con mi kernel anterior para no volver
a insaral vbox y perder mis maquinas virtuales.
Ya que intente hacerlo pero estre Grub2 ya no trae el menu.lst y ahi me
perdi.
