Adobe Reader for Linux?

Αγαπητοί φίλοι,
Θέλω να στείλω ένα άρθρο για δημοσίευση σε επιστημονικό περιοδικό. Πρέπει μεταξύ άλλων να συμπληρώσω μια φόρμα για «copyright transfer (PDF)». Η φόρμα αυτή είναι σε μορφή pdf. Όταν κάνω κλικ στο link που παραπέμπει στη φόρμα αυτή, μου ανοίγει το πιο κάτω κείμενο (που είναι σε μορφή pdf):

Από το αποθετήριο λογισμικού Ubuntu, όπως και από το synaptic package manager, δεν υπάρχει το Adobe reader. Να σημειώσουμε ότι χρησιμοποιώ το Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64bit.
Στη συνέχεια δοκίμασα να ακολουθήσω το link που δίνει (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html) για να κατεβάσω το Adobe reader. Δυστυχώς όμως δεν υπάρχει έκδοση του Adobe reader για Linux, αντίθετα με ότι γράφει στο πιο πάνω κείμενο.
Υπάρχει, σε περιβάλλον Ubuntu, κάποιο άλλο «πιο σύγχρονο» πρόγραμμα ανάγνωσης αρχείων pdf, εκτός από το κλασσικό «Προβολή εγγράφων 3.18.2» ή στα αγγλικά Evince, που να ανοίγει αυτά τα πιο «σύγχρονα» αρχεία pdf?
