καλησπέρα Αλέξανδρε, 
δοκίμασε να πάρεις ένα domain μέσω του dyndns
http://www.dyndns.com/
Εκεί θα βρεις πως μπορείς χρήσιμα πράγματα αλλά και τι εργαλείο θα χρειαστείς ώστε να ανανεώνεις την IP σου κάθε φορά που αλλάζει.
Εγώ σπίτι έχω κάνει κάτι παρόμοιο χρησιμοποιώντας ddclient το οποίο υπάρχει έτοιμο στα αποθετήρια....
