This bug was fixed in the package gtkhtml3.14 - 1:3.28.0-0ubuntu2

  * debian/patches/01_use_correct_type_fix_non_ascii_spell_checking.patch:
    - don't mix gchar and gunichar use and fix non-ascii spell checking,
      thank to Panagiotis Minos for the change (lp: #10713)
