This error is returned if a device string was expected, and the string
encountered didn't fit the syntax/rules listed in the Filesystem

Δοκίμασε να μπεις με ένα livecd... Εκεί εφόσον δει τον δίσκο κάνε έναν
έλεγχο με:

fsck /dev/sdXX

όπου ΧΧ βάζεις τον δίσκο σου (πχ sda1 για τον πρώτο δίσκο και το πρώτο
partition)

Εάν δεν τον βλέπει τον δίσκο ακόμη και εάν κάνεις boot με livecd, τότε
καλύτερα να απευθυνθείς στο service του υπολογιστή σου γιατί κατά 99% θα
είναι χτυπημένος ο δίσκος σου...
